SNORA3 clan

The SNORA3 clan contains the RNA families SNORA3 and snR11. Researchers at the human snoRNA database (snoRNABase) have established that the following human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: SNORA3 and snR11 [1].

This clan contains 2 families and the total number of sequence regions in the clan is 421.
