twister ribozyme

Twister ribozyme (Type-P1) RF03160 and variants (Type-P3 and Type-P5) RF03154 and RF02684 have been reported in eukaryotic and bacterial genomes. They are comparable in size and structural complexity to riboswitches and their genetic contexts often bear marked similarities to those of hammerhead ribozymes [1]
